February 2, 2026 at 5:34 amI booked services for 31st jan, paid 500 as booking amount. I asked them to start around 10 am on 31st jan. After multiple calls on 31 st jan, everytime I was told that team will reach in next 15 min. After extensive followup for 3 hrs. Around 1.30 pm, I was told they can’t provide service and told me to reschedule for next date. I had to shift else I had to pay whole months rent. I was taken back, I had commitments. I had to refuse. Now from past 3 days I have been following up on refund, to which again I am being told, we are processing. No accountability. So please check the review before booking.
