Akhil Bhartiya Netrahin Sangh School

Akhil Bhartiya Netrahin Sangh was established by S/ Shri G.S. Sardar and M.P.S. Rathore in the year 1960. Shri M.P.S. Rathore, who was Visually Impaired, was looking after the Institute in the capacity of General Secretary till his death i.e. Oct. 2013. He was aiming to establish SUCH Institute for the Blinds which will provide them to lead a respectable life. This Institute was got registered in 1962. The Blind inmates were given training for Chair Recanning, Chalk making and Candle making with the only resources of General Public Donations. The products of this Institute were in great demand as the purity in material was the main priority for the Institute. In the year 1984, the No. of students (both boys &girls) increased and it compelled the Administration to start ‘Residential School for the Blinds’. In this School, students from Nursery to Eighth standard were given education as per CBSE Syllabus along with technical education of Candle Making, Chair Re canning is provided.
