September 16, 2026 at 8:01 amWORST SERVICE EVER! We repeatedly asked them for the final amount before booking, and they clearly confirmed ₹15,000 was the final amount. After collecting our entire सामान and just before leaving, they suddenly sent us a ₹27,000 bill with 18% GST, 13% surcharge, green tax, and loading/unloading charges added separately. After a lot of arguments, we had to settle at ₹22,000, without insurance, despite being told these charges were included.
Is this how business is done? Is this professional? If the final amount was going to be ₹27,000, why was it not discussed before collecting our सामान?
The worst part was their complete lack of coordination. Even after we made the payment, their driver demanded additional labour charges, while the company claimed they had already paid the labour. Our सामान was literally stuck outside our building while they argued among themselves.
Extremely unprofessional, dishonest and frustrating. Would not recommend this company to anyone. aur minus me star ka option nhi h nhi toh vh deta fraudiye bc
